Instructions

  1. First of all, put 250 grams of cashew pieces in your grinder and make a fine powder of it. Keep in mind that do not grind it for a long time, if you take more time to grind it, then it may start releasing oil from the cashew and your powder may become sticky.

  2. Put sugar and water in a pan and boil it at low temperature to make sugar syrup, when the sugar dissolves completely, check its viscosity with your hands, if the syrup is getting sticky then you add cashew powder.

  3. Put cashew and cardamom powder in the sugar syrup and stir it well with a ladle and within a few minutes you will see that it will turn into flour on its own

  4. Add 1 tsp ghee to that dough and keep stirring for a couple of minutes.

  5. Mix the ghee well, remove the wok from the gas stove and when the dough is still hot, put a little ghee in it and put it on the greased clean platform and knead it.

  6. Now put this dough in the middle of plastic foil, flatten it with a cylinder and then cut it into diamond shape and apply silver bar in it and serve it to you and your guests and enjoy this mouth watering cashew katli with pleasure
